Why didn't the court throw out the plaintiff's suit if truly her ordinance marriage didn't exist and could not be proven? Why was one of the defendant's Lawyers in an interview after the verdict telling Ghanaians and the world that a verdict was a win-win or a 50-50 for all parties in a law suit where one of the parties came for the court to establish her true marital status? How can documents that give proof to an ordinance marriage conducted in Germany, and same were notarized in Germany and translated by an academically qualified institution in Ghana not affect the court case in anyway. Why did the court ignore the fact that in a cross examination by the plaintiff's lawyer with the first defendant about the marital status of the second defendant, it was established that images presented as wedding photos of the deceased Charles Kwadwo Fosuh and the second defendants were photoshopped? How did the court overlook the three exhibits presented by Mrs. Akosua Serwaa Fosuh as proof of her existing marriage with Charles Kwadwo Fosuh?
