@redvsbluestories: The Blind Spot That Brought Down Castle Walls Medieval arrow slits made castle archers almost impossible to hit — a narrow slot outside, a wide firing chamber inside, and a full view of the battlefield. But the same shape that protected them left one deadly blind spot: a slit can only angle outward, never straight down. Attackers pressed against the wall base were completely invisible. At Rochester Castle in 1215, miners dug straight through that blind spot and collapsed the tower with every archer still on it. Here's the flaw that doomed the "perfect" castle defense. #shorts #history #medieval #castle #darkhistory #weirdhistory
Just booby trap the lower ground and enforce it with iron or smthing

pointless in war to slow to much stamina need good eye and trillions for any effect don't go through metal, stamina for each arrow to make limits on carrying them. shield walls better and simple blade , good boots always boots ankle injuries will lose a blade battle, no blade dancing
