A lawyer in condo but not your lawyer - I suggest you speak with a condo lawyer. They know the industry and will be able to counsel you with insider knowledge of the firm who’s sending you the letters/the condo in question.

You should consider turning your business into a newsletter type only available to your members. Keep advertise here but for the information about these condos release it through private route charge people a fee. I would pay the fee to get the info if I was in the market.
