Don’t allow yourself to fall into a cycle of feeling like you are lonely. Friendships do come and go and they happen in weird circumstances, think about how many friends you made in the past that came out of nowhere that you don’t even remember how you met them even if you’re not friends with them today the friendship that you had in the beginning beginning with them was nice. You’ll find your friends when you’re much older older usually typically not in high school. Don’t trade your dignity dopamine don’t chase people who wouldn’t care if you were in a room with them or not who wouldn’t even make the effort to come speak to you if you would go to speak to them first being alone is cool if you make it cool I’m being alone. Doesn’t automatically mean that you’re lonely. I fell into the loop feeling like I had to be surrounded by people in order to be valued in in order to have a purpose but when I realised how much good it was being alone and being able to have the freedom of choice to do anything! without having permission to ask anyone. It was probably the best thing I’ve ever done in my entire life. I only a few days ago just completely left high school and with that mindset of being alone doesn’t mean I’m lonely made me feel so much more comfortable in myself, people come and go and then like how alone you think you are and no matter how unloved you may feel by your peers that doesn’t mean typically that it’s the end for you.
