it’s not even just ikebukuro being busy asf and go go go it really doesn’t help that their ac just DOESNTTTTT work in the summer i fear (as someone who has to transfer at ikebukuro to go literally everywhere)

i use ikebukuro to changeover every day for my commute, so i find it super easy because of that ngl. im pretty familiar with the station and i prefer ppl being quick about their way lol

Marunouchi line is my line 🥲 I go to work way to early and go home way to late to avoid the rush. It’s really nice when it isn’t rush hour, though.

Ikebukuro is one of my least favorite stations. Thankfully a bus near me goes directly there so I never take the train. If I ever need to go to Ginza, I just take JR to Yurakucho because I can’t handle the exits at Ginza 😭 I’ve been trapped in Ginza Six too many times lol

I stayed in Ikeburo and man, it was like a maze. I had been looking for that tonkatsu place and couldn’t find it. Had to go back to Japan, turned out it was in a mall nearby. Maps had been tricking me. And the place there, lots of people and you couldn’t stop or else they might bump you
