Muy decepcionado con Mercedes-Benz. Mi GLC 400 4MATIC, prácticamente nuevo, sufrió una avería tan grave el 22 de junio que es necesario sustituir el motor eléctrico trasero completo. Desde entonces sigo sin coche, sin una fecha real de reparación y con continuos cambios en las previsiones. Lo peor no ha sido la avería, sino la falta de comunicación y de soluciones. De una marca premium esperaba un servicio muy diferente.
