THE PROTOTYPE :
it doesnt only ruin safety it also completely removes the ability to save user data so any items or levels or anything u have in a game is basically completely gone, roblox is done for.

Not to mention this will fuck up datasaving and player identification in game backends. Player data is saved and referred to in the datastores typically by the UserId, and most identification related scripts for anything in a game rely on the UserId more than any other metric of data.

User ids are used to save player data because user nicknames arent reliable since they can be changed with robux, this is just bad for development in general😭✌

I kinda think schlep takes fault in this yes I do get he does expose Roblox’s safety issues but I think he kinda sent them into a panic in trying to make it “safer” for children ontop of that Roblox is losing a lot of money from being sued causing them to panic more, I don’t hate schlep and I fs don’t think he did it intentionally I think he was trying to make the game better
