Being hurt doesn’t heal when we hurt others. Revenge, retaliation, resentment. Even when they feel justified, only deepen our own wounds. Pain isn’t meant to be passed on. It’s meant to be transformed. The struggles you’ve endured can become wisdom. The heartbreak you’ve survived can become compassion. The lessons you’ve learned can become a light for someone walking the same path behind you. Every day, we see people responding to their pain by spreading anger, hatred, and division. But that only creates more suffering for everyone involved, especially those responsible for spreading it. There is nothing in this world worth losing your light over. And there is nothing anyone can do to you that should make you want to take their light away. Your pain is your responsibility…Not to carry forever, but to turn into something meaningful. Something that helps. Something that heals. Create. Don’t destroy. Inspire. Don’t diminish. Heal. Don’t harm. Above all, be the light in the darkness…always 🙏❤️❤️ That’s why you’re here.
