As a lover of the books I am beyond excited to see a potentially more accurate portrayal of the story Laura actually wrote. I loved the little house on the Prairie books and the show while cute in its own way missed and and added many elements.

It looks okay but you just can’t watch it without comparing it to Michael Landon’s beautifully portrayed version. It just can’t be a better portrayal of the Ingall’s family. That version stands thru the test of time for generations still to come. Sorry Netflix
