@ashlynsmith.fit: and that makes all the difference. #personaltrainer #GymTok i’ve been through a lot of different phases but in this particular “before” i was stuck thinking more meant better. never took breaks. worked out every day. was incredibly strict with my diet. feared food, feared rest, still never felt like i was going enough. you know when i started seeing progress? when i found more of a balance. started taking rest days, figured out how to incorporate my favorite foods into my diet, started understanding how my routine can go ALONG with my life, rather than taking it over. and the progress shows. not only have i seen much better progress in my physique, i find much more enjoyment out of life and feel like i actually have that “balance.” same person. different mindset. link in bio to apply for coaching if you need help getting there❤️
