According to the National Weather Service, d*m*g*ng winds of up to 113 mph (182 km/h) were recorded in Salina. The storm was accompanied by heavy rainfall: up to 178 mm (7.5 inches) of rain fell in some areas, leading to flooding of roads and streets. More than 17,000 customers in Saline County and over 33,000 people statewide were without power.
