Yeah man my load home is ready today. had a load from Wyoming to St Charles MO supposed to deliver 2 am Friday morning so I could pick up my load home to Kentucky. Go to deliver the St Louis load and say does not deliver til 2am Saturday morning dang Los Steve Jr . Will not get home til Sunday thanks Los Steve. 🥰

The CSR is a useless position. They don’t even try to have your benefit at hand.. years ago at a company that I was with I started doing my own CSR stuff and sent the CSR message that hey don’t worry I did your job for you since you don’t know how to do it yourself. Yeah that pissed him off. lol
