@financein90s: 😰Everyone’s panicking about AI capex. I’m not. 💎Meta, Microsoft, and Amazon are in a rare position: they win whether AI succeeds or fails. If AI pays off - 🧑‍💻Companies with indisruptable platforms will benefit from corporate efficiencies (Benefits all 3). 📈For Meta & Amazon - ad targeting continues to improve - driving high margin revenues. 💻For Amazon & Microsoft - cloud will be the lifeblood of AI & continuing technological advancement, and they’ll be part of just a few players that can power the next wave of innovation. Meta will also have the infrastructure in place to become a potential competitor (mixed feelings about this, but is an option) 🚚For Amazon - Physical AI could supercharge their operating leverage and create efficiencies across their massive logistics and e-commerce business. That part of their business drove over $400 billion in top-line revenue and is still growing - so even a small efficiency gain could mean billions in profit. If AI busts - 💸They cut chip orders, take write-offs, and suddenly have hundreds of billions in free cash flow back in their pocket. And default back to no near term existential risk, and solidify any arguments of AI disruption against their businesses. (MSFT is the most susceptible with “AI risk”) That’s not a bet. That’s a heads-I-win, tails-I-don’t-lose-much setup. The price dropping just makes the value better. #investing #stockmarkets
