You need full race manifolds, Garrett power max turbos up fitted from crp, raptor downpipes a equal length exhaust, xpipe and a good muffler. That will make your 3.5 sound amazing. But if your poor like me just get catless dp a Cobb exhaust and a few other things. I’m very pleased with it.

i just did a k&n drop in filter and it made it sound 1000x better. i didn’t even take out the silencers and it’s still pretty loud

i agree, whistle sounds much better than the v6 rumble. the problem is at higher rpm/load the engine volume overpowers the whistle, amd you get that trumpet sound. getting a deeper throaty rumble sounds better at high rpm, still not great but the screaming trumpet is not it. im looking to do a 4" catless straight pipe with a hidden 6" axle dump.

Yeah the 3.5 Ecoboost sounds like a bellowing cow thats dying when you modify the exhaust. they sound awful for sure but they sure make the power tho!

If it’s a 2nd gen ecoboost just get an open top intake, resonator delete and a bigger exhaust tip. Thats all they need. Anything more sounds like crap. Only if it’s a first Gen ecoboost I’d recommend the whistle kit.
