Ya know what? Hell yeah. Because I tried to put my first down for naps without nursing and it never would happen. So every nap would be contact naps!!! I tried so hard for independent naps that we just did contact naps

At 3 months I told my pediatrician I was having a hard time getting him to sleep without nursing and she was like….. so nurse him. I felt like I needed that permission! It was so much easier after that and then we sleep trained at 5.5 months and it was easy

can I just say, I watched all of your ebf videos when I was pregnant, and then again literally in the hospital, and it made my whole experience so much better. I've been able to ebf her whole 4 months of life and its been amazing and not stressful at all. You've helped me be so much more calm about everything!

I never sleep trained my first. Just wasn’t right for him I thought. Now he co sleeps with us. I told my husband, our second will be sleep trained. Wish I would’ve tried harder with my first to do that. He’ll learn to sleep in his own bed eventually. Our thought is he’s only young once and if it’s what he needs, it’s what he needs. I learned early on mother instinct with my first and realize that every child is going to be different and you know your child and what they need best. Over anything else.
