@earthto_hannah: Shoutout to this Chicago airport that has a yoga room!! GAME CHANGER. I want to petition that all airports and all terminals have a space for yoga, movement or meditation. It changes the entire vibe of your experience at the airport. Also you don’t need “yoga clothes to practice in” I’m wearing jeans from @stillhere A top from my fav as you know @indigoluna.store And using a travel mat (but you can also just use a towels or the floor lol) And socks!! Today I mixed somatics, meditation, breath work and yoga asana together while listening to Kanye west and it was a VIBE I hope this inspires you to have fun, move your body and come back home no matter where you are🙊🦋 A travel day doesn’t have to be stagnant!!
