It's something :
The surrounding home values have decreased and the homeowners are losing 100's thousand in lost value. They can't sell their homes, the noise is 24/7. I feel bad for the developers who had a 700 home development in process and they're facing bankruptcy..

Musk should have to offer to move these people or give them money to purchase somewhere else so that he is afforded more land to run this plant. That is what the airport had to do years ago. Musk has enough money to settle with these people. Nobody wants to live by one of these plants. There should be some type of rules or laws put in their as to how much land you have to have around you in order to have a XI data center!!!!!!

As I'm concerned with the noise. I am more concerned about Musk using all of our CLEAN water!! He wants the resources our State has offered. When those resources are dried up, Musk will move on. 🙄
