HOMEMADE RAMEN 🍜 INGREDIENTS Vegetables 1/2c frozen peas 1/2c frozen corn 1/2c frozen diced carrots 2 green onions, chopped Seasoning 1/4c nutritional yeast 2 tsp salt 2 tsp garlic powder 2 tsp onion powder 2 tsp dried basil 2 tsp dried oregano 1 tsp black pepper Brown Rice Ramen Noodles INSTRUCTIONS Spread the vegetables out on a baking sheet and dehydrate in a 170-190 degree oven for 2-3 hours or until they are completely dry. In a small bowl, mix seasonings together. In a pint size wide mouth mason jar, add 1 Tbsp seasoning, 1 Tbsp vegetables, and 1 serving of ramen noodles. Place lid on jar and store on the shelf for 6+ months. Vacuum seal jar by removing air for extended shelf life. TO MAKE RAMEN CUP Add 2c of water or your choice of broth to the cup. Leaving the lid off, microwave for 3-4 minutes. Remove and replace lid. Allow to sit for 3 minutes or until the noodles are completely cooked. #homemadefood #healthyrecipe #ramennoodles
