If you're looking for a Salted Caramel Latte Ice Cream similar to what's shown, try this creamy version: Ingredients 2 cups (480 ml) heavy cream 1 cup (240 ml) whole milk ½ cup (100 g) sugar 2 tbsp instant espresso powder (or ¼ cup strong espresso, cooled) ⅓ cup salted caramel sauce 1 tsp vanilla extract Pinch of sea salt Instructions Whisk together milk, sugar, espresso, vanilla, and sea salt until the sugar dissolves. Stir in the heavy cream and salted caramel sauce. Chill the mixture for 1–2 hours. Churn in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's instructions.
