I'm a travel nurse per the IRS. I had a roommate prior to my own apt. She charged me $1,320/month. Fully furnished room, microwave, refrigerator, shared parking spot, and she lived in an HOA. I got my own apartment in late February for $1,075 w/ utility cost is roughly $1,180. I have a bigger refrigerator, don't have to worry about dogs, can f*** whenever I want, and buy whatever I want. I'll never do a share living situation again... unless it's for marriage. I'm happy it works for you though. I pray you have a good person to share your living space with. 🙏🏽

Not true. lol I live in a one bedroom in a good area & pay $1260. I can think of at least 5 other apartments around that same amount.

Nah they’re actually good apartments for under $1500 , it won’t be super luxurious but I couldn’t live with random strangers. Also move to the outskirts

Im in atl now and am looking at a shared house for my new lease in September. $960 a month, (all bills included) two kitchens, the room has its own bathroom. Im gonna do it for 6 months to save some money before I decide if I want to leave ATL or not
