I don’t mince or chop garlic now. I peel it, smash it with my knife, toss it in whatever I’m cooking. The flavor spreads and I don’t notice the garlic pieces after the dish is done.

I have been a chef for 20 plus years. yes I've used this technique on onions and other things but on garlic really just! 🤣🤣 just use a roboku!! she is just wasting time and time is money!
