the Seeds are also full of iron and other minerals, you can blend them and add them to some honey, add some ground walnuts and you got yourself a diy iron supplement 😊 and you can eat the leafs like spinach before the plant flowers

I had a period of time when I had no money, literally 10€ left after rent and bills for the entire month, I was glad nettles and cress was growing where I lived, I made some soup out of it. Not the most nourishing, but it was something, and it was actually good!
