Hey just a heads up, when I was asking my doctor about scar prevention, he said the number one factor of lasting scars is actually sun exposure the whole first year. So just be mindful :)

Our PT said never anything under your knee. It impedes progression on full extension. My daughter used a pool noodle under the ankle to assist and allow gravity to do its thing.

on my life i've been dealing with this for 9 months. it's patellar tendinitis that won't fucking go away and i find out abt another MRI in two months and a chance i may need knee surgery just to see what's actually going on and PT for god knows how long. it's worse than it sounds
