Northumbrian01 :
My husband has just purchased me this machine as a birthday gift, I’ve wanted it for over a year. I must say I’m a little disappointed 😢 I can’t drink full fat or semi-skimmed milk, only skimmed. Unfortunately the milk tank sensor doesn’t detect skimmed milk as it’s too opaque! We were on 2hrs trying to figure out why it wouldn’t detect the tank- we followed the instructions & video tutorials. It wasn’t until I read an online forum that I discovered the issue with skimmed milk. Don’t get me wrong, the coffee it produces is amazing, I would expected to be able to use skimmed milk with a machine that costs nearly £400 though 😩.
