Is there any third party cleaning solution we can use instead of the Dyson one? Also mine has difficulty spotting stains wet or dried. I have light grey wood laminate flooring

Are the problems fixed with that machine? We bought it twice and returned twice. (After working perfect for the first 10 days, it was starting to confuse as of day 11; not completing rooms, can’t get back to station, can’t pass through on thresholds that it passed many times during the first 10 days etc…) we would like to try again if that problem is fixed…

Good afternoon Dyson, customer service cannot send a replacement part for my Dyson V12 Detect Slim™ Absolute because they need a invoice, even though it is still in warranty. Please help 😩 I never ask for anything. I’m just a regular person whose vacuum stopped working. Thank you. Very Respectfully/ Dania G.
