I make limoncello and when Im done I add vinegar to the container of peels and let it sit...makes a great cleaner.

Percent and proof are not the same thing. 100 proof is only 50% alcohol. Grain alcohol is usually around 180+ proof, being 90% alcohol. Hope this helps!
