I have seen this dozens of times over the years. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING YOU CAN DO IN A HOTEL IS KNOW BREAKFAST TIMES. Set that alarm an hour early because those potatoes will be hard AF.

hotels have smart ovens. they have a cleaning cycle that uses water and soap. the last hotel kitchen I worked in, the cycle took 1 hour and 27 minutes

Managers like that are the reason of high turnovers! Yes it’s important to keep customers happy but only to an extent. If they come late for food that’s on them bc they were told at check in. If it’s going to cost me more then no I can not accommodate that. If it doesn’t affect a crap ton of things then sure let’s see what we can do.
