In my opinion, the think/know his time is limited due to some illness. Which is why Trump is more unhinged now and pushing more and more for his name to be on everything and his more insane agendas. Of course I could be wrong. That said, I'm in my 50s with a few health issues, even I don't have that many doctors/specialists that I'm seeing.
