@chasseurdesons: The wind through a shipwreck 🌬️ During my trip to Ireland, the wind was almost always there. One thing I love about wind is its ability to turn ordinary objects into musical instruments. When it passes through small gaps and openings, it can create beautiful sounds. Throughout my journey, I heard gates, fences, and all kinds of structures singing in the wind. In Connemara, an old shipwreck on the shore caught my attention. I could hear its whistle from several meters away, and it stood out clearly from all the other sounds around it. Curious, I walked closer and started recording. 🔊 What you hear in this video is the wind moving through the shipwreck, creating this flute-like sound. To capture it, I used a contact microphone by Oaka Instruments and an Interharmonics geophone. #nature #sound #Science #pourtoi #fyp
