After I broke up with my ex, I got my nails done the other day and I got an Algiz rune on my ring finger. Algiz is a protection symbol, and so by putting the symbol on my ring finger, I’m not only protecting myself because it’s on my body, but I’m also protecting my heart. Idk if it works on nails or not, but I thought it was simple. 🖤

I’m really bad at sitting still and doing nothing and I’m also bad at writing down my dreams cause even the shortest dreams feel like I’m writing a whole novel, so instead I make voice notes of my dreams as soon as I wake up and instead of meditating I crochet cause you can almost reach a flow state while doing it cause it’s just the same thing over and over again basically. Thought I’d share this for anyone else struggling to write dreams or meditate
