@insideedition: Many teens and college students are complaining that it feels nearly impossible to get hired. Last summer, teen jobs plunged by more than 25% from a year earlier. This summer, camp counselor job postings are down nearly 30% from last year. Andy Challenger, an expert in workplace trends, spoke with Inside Edition.
