@julia_vozniak: Your hollow eyes did not start under your eyes. One of the biggest reasons for hollow eyes is chronic tension in your upper back and neck. When these muscles become tight, they can reduce healthy blood flow and lymphatic circulation to the face. The eye area is often one of the first places where this becomes visible. Less circulation. Less nourishment. Less support for the tissues around the eyes. But releasing the neck and upper back is only the first step. You also need to restore balance to the muscles of the face itself. Including the orbicularis oculi — the circular muscle surrounding the eye. This muscle often becomes shortened, weak, and loses its natural tone. First, the area needs healthy circulation and movement restored from within. Then the muscle can gradually regain its tone, length, and function. This is why I never work on hollow eyes in isolation. We address the entire chain: posture, upper back, neck, scalp, and facial muscles together. That’s exactly what we do inside Sculpt Room. Join the waitlist through the link in my bio. 💌
