we are so not used to seeing Black women play the main role of a horror movie...I think this is awesome! I hope you land a role one day! I think this was less creepy and more drama and that's why it doesn't read the same. but I think you could definitely rock a horror/thriller role!

you did good. you had a different feel for the character than Indie did and thats what's throwing people off. but instead of understanding that you had a different interpretation, they're blaming the difference on your performance quality. which there's nothing wrong with at all. As an aspiring actress who understands motives and acting, you were SPOT ON with this. Do not listen to these idiots in the comments. People talk just to talk, but trust me when I say you did amazing. I don’t always compliment actors on here because the truth is not all of them are that clean YET. Yall. A lot of actors only get the script and a little info and that’s it. They don’t get any other information to reveal the actual character so it’s up to them to interpret the character. That’s the point of auditions.
