Bro the fact is …have your bath once a day..use sponge twice in a week..only if you don’t really go out everyday, but if you do go out everyday and come back home at night ..you can bathe twice..their is oil on our skin that protects it..bathing everyday with sponge will wipe it out and expose our skin…do your research
