its a metal bagcharm. its m3ant to stay on. their normal tag looks nothing like this and the level of waste to have a disposable metal tag would be wild. if you dont like it take it off but its intended to be a bag charm

I think you’re supposed to leave it on, like LV comes with the leather tag. I love the tag on it. It adds something to the otherwise plain bag.
