Yeah I'm really working on that myself I always feel like I have to explain why I act weird but realize people see it as trauma dumping or trying to trauma bond. At the same time I'm worried that we are pushing the idea that it's never ok to talk to each other. But that's why it's important to know where and when. And when you first meet someone is not really the best time for either party involved.
