Fred and George wouldn't have been able to see Peter Pettigrew cause there was a spell put in place that only Marauders could see each other. Harry could see him cause the map thought he was his father,James. This is book's explanation that gets left out of the movie

it does not track underage magic. the reason why they blamed Harry for the magic Dobby did he because they detected magic being used and he was the only wizard/witch in the area. They blamed Riddles death on his uncle because he was the only known wizard in the area. Only Frank saw Voldemort and no one believed him

I think Lupin turning with the moonlight could be a psychosomatic issue. Since it is the only transformation we see in all of the books, we might be able to assume that while he was forced to turn at some point in the night the actual time for the forced transformation wasn't until later but it was subconsciously triggered because of his realization of how late it had gotten. Then again, it could just have been the exact time that he normally transitions and it just happened to coincide with the cloud moving.

This whole list is off. Colin started in Harry second year, which would mean Dennis started in Harry third. Which puts the both at third year or above so them going to hogsmeade is perfectly ok. I feel like a lot of this is you going off what you remember and not a lot of research.

Lupin transformation was probably more than likely caused by once midnight struck on a full moon. Once fully up in sky. And the movie represented that by showing up the moon reveal

During the Riddle killings, the Ministry would have tracked that a killing spell was cast around the same area as an underage wizard. We can assume that they knew the spell type from them knowing that a hover (and later a patronus) charm was cited in Harry's cases. However, there's no reason for them to assume that Tom was there. They can only determine that an underage wizard was present. They cannot even tell that the underage wizard used the spell. Tom had no history of being there. His actual connection to the Riddles wasn't known by anyone at the time, even if he shared a name with one of the victims. The only reason that the Ministry linked Harry to the Hover and Patronus Charms is that he was the only underage wizard known to be in the area. Any investigation of an underage wizard in Little Hangleton would have turned up and number of possible underage wizard in the area... and Tom wouldn't have been on the list.

Wood isn't shown as waking the girls up in their dorms. He wakes Harry up in his dorm. While it isn't explained how he gets the girls there for practice, there's no reason to think he goes into their dorm. And, as I mentioned in another post, if it were the case, it wouldn't be a plot hole but a continuity error (although the error would have been when the slide appearing since this predates that).
