Devon, flip your hands palms facing you and try it. Also get the chalk for your hands from a sporting good store. I tried it everyday when I did 75hardish. I got up to 11.

I use to use a resistance band, like loop it around the bar then put ur knee in it. Once you continue doing it u can lower the weight of the resistance and eventually you’ll be able to do it without. Superrrr helpful! Pull ups are hard!

This was so good to watch! You’re so funny. Definitely just try training for it specifically. You’ll get it much quicker. You can do this! I try to inspire my wife to do just one too! ALSO use straps too, that way grip is not even part of the problem.

One way I got better at pull ups is practicing holding yourself up and slowly decline, it will build that lat muscle needed to do a pull up! You got this mama💕 It took me years!
