I am in famous company, huge industry and I am environmental engineer. They obviously want me to leave. But I am not leaving. How to gather evidence if you boss is, refusing to communicate with me through emails?

I got a PIP today after I raised concerns & reported my manager to HR. Various issues which caused me to seek medical help and was given 2 weeks off. Then I was removed from under him and a couple of weeks later were here today and received a PIP that’s so unacceptable with no evidence provided all words. I don’t know what to do, I don’t have another job! Single mum, mortgage etc. anxiety is through the roof.

Sometimes the hardest thing is to drag your feet. It’s easy to jump first. But sometimes waiting and doing nothing just gathering info is more valuable.

Yep. Never ever resign. If the writing on the wall, make them make you redundant. Especially if they’re trying to redeploy you to some other bs non comparible role.

ah this happened to me when i told them i was pregnant. i have since gone on maternity leave and don’t want to resign but feel like if i go back they’ll find a way to make my life hell. i’ve also found out they’ve offered my permanent position to my replacement so no idea if we will be job sharing or if they plan on getting rid of me somehow. i wish i was able to save things but no longer have access

And when you resign, you do not receive a payout - maybe 3 months worth of your monthly take home, plus you can claim for the Unemployment Fund should you not have anything lined up. If your salary is pretty good, I’d wait it out too.
