i tried methods like these, i would forget to do the thing after and then take a second dose thinking i hadn't taken one. terrible experience. the only solution that actually works for me is a weekly planner.

i set an alarm. once it goes off NO MATTER WHAT i have to get up and go take my medicine. once i take it, reset the alarm

For me, I take them then flip the bottle upside down and then at night time I almost always remember to flip them right side up so the next day I can flip them down side again it works most of the time

i use an app that a tick off right after i take them every morning. has alarms to remind me too !
