I think this person is not telling the truth. I have a yellow Labrador like Penny and this is how big mine was at exactly 3 months old. Much taller and lanky compared to Penny. Penny looks the exact size mine was when he was 8-10 weeks old!!

You can adjust those photo dates on phones before sending them by the way. Don't ask me how I know 👀 That's if you go into the photo details and edit the time and date of the photo. I'm not sure how she shared the photo date info with you, though. But if that's all she has, it's not solid.
