I used to do this alot , only happened when i was brushing my lips to "clean" them.. Dont do it guys , vaseline every 6 hours is enough, my lips are softer than ever

I have a picking condition, it stims from things like ocd, anxiety, and neurodivergency so when ever my lips get flaky from being dry or from a scab or anything I have an urg to pick at it 💔
