Ok, here’s a question for you. Is there a way to grow your glutes without destroying flexibility? I teach dance but I’m trying to grow that shelf 😂 but I need to keep that flexibility. Whenever I do glute exercises everything feel TIGHT after 💀

Could you demonstrate how to perform the movement on a leg press machine where the upper body moves up with the seat? In my gym, the leg press is like that, and even when I lower myself as much as possible and spread my legs wide at the top, I have trouble working my glutes… I push with my lower back because I slide down in the seat…
