sciatica was my bff my whole pregnancy she didn’t wanna leave me by myself i guess 😂 i know sleeping with a pillow in between my legs helped a little, and sitting on a yoga ball instead of on the floor, bed or couch idk if it helped but some days i saw relief other days it seemed like nothing helped 💀

I had terrible sciatica like I couldn’t walk… honestly doing the sciatica stretches daily 1-2 times a day or more 🥲

I have sciatica bc of my back, stretching multiple times a day is key. And anytime of the day you can help relieve the pressure by sitting up straight on a chair, crossing your right leg over the left (ankle over knee) then pulling that right knee towards your left leg (keeping the ankle touching the left leg) When you’re doing it right you’ll feel the stretch up through your hip/buttock area. Then repeat if you need it on the other side. You can do this multiple times a day for quick relief.

I’d talk with your doctor first about this just to be safe. And for sure ask you partner to assist you. But a deep Asian squat. Just make sure you are careful and don’t do if you are having any complications.
