We just started two months ago and have been booked up for most weekends. Last weekend we made $800, this weekend we are expecting $1,100 and around the same for next weekend but I do have a question- how do you keep up with inventory- like what’s already rented and what’s available. Without having to write everything down every time?

We started our business late March had 1 booking — then 3 in April — then 10 in May — and now 15 confirmed already in June with 5 more pending. I expect a dip soon because there’s no way we can keep 3x every month lol

I actually think that June is a slower month because everybody just got out of school and most people go on vacation. I own a seasonal business and that’s what happens to me.

1st month sales - $400. 2nd month - looking like 1.2k 😎 Before we knew this was going to blow up, we planned our first ever long road trip - what timing! I'm hoping being gone for 6 weeks really has them choming at the bit when we come back- because I don't have anyone to run it in the meantime!

Where I am school doesn’t end until after Memorial Day. I ran only last two weekends in May. That was my choice, I wasn’t ready for business to start until then. June is still crazy for me. I had over 20 pieces of equipment rent this weekend. Primarily grad parties. I only have handful of booking in July right now. But I do notice booking are coming in about 14 days before event for the most part. Thanks for the advice and your videos are so helpful!

My question is marketplace. It keeps shadow banning my posts. It only has not done this one time, that listing did phenomenal with bookings. Have you had any trouble with marketplace not showing your listings to people.
