They seemed to have fixed it on Switch Joy Con. I've yet to see anyone complain about drift after over a year, when it would happen extremely quickly on Switch 1. I'm sure it'll happen at some point, since it does to every controller stick eventually.

I just fixed them myself with the kits they sell online but seriously its as easy as just using a slightly more expensive thumb stick
