I am genuinely happy that YOU chose to help you. Your husband is a wonderful man, but only we can chose to help ourselves. It is so very frustrating when those who should be helping, don't. Oh my goodness this got me good 🥲🥲I’ve never been more proud of a stranger before, sad to say i can relate to the feelings but at the end of the day only you can help yourself and i’m so glad you’ve managed to find the strength through every day! This is so so so important to share and can only say thank you, everyone has a life worth to live 🤍it’s always a strange feeling to look back on the specific day but thinking how far you’ve made it from that day is the most important to take in, always focus on the good from now and push on through x

when i was put to a crisis team as a child mind you similar sort of thing kinda to you they did nothing and literally called my mum and told her they weren't going to help me cos I wasn't able to fix myself like im sorry but thats the fucking reason I was referred to them dumb ass oh my god that pissed me off so bad like what

Also, I understand that your life improved significantly since you went no contact, but how about the other feelings that come with it, not belonging, loneliness, etc? How do you manage life with those feelings? Would you be ok if you didn’t have your husband? Sorry I’m just really going through it now and I’ve got no one. I’ve got friends but they wouldn’t understand
