I have histamine intolerance and have been struggling with acne for the past four years. A few weeks ago, I came across a TikTok where someone mentioned taking an antihistamine every evening. I decided to give it a try.
Three weeks later, my skin is finally clear for the first time in years. 🥹 I actually can’t belive it 🙈.

There is an is an app your allergist my use that they can input you’re results and it will give products listings that are safe/unsafe. The app is ACDSCamp. You can scan products and it will show you the ingredients and highlights if unsafe. I love it!

Thiuram mix allergy often means sensitivity to chemicals used in rubber manufacturing. You may react to:
• Elastic bandages
• Rubber-containing adhesive products
• Some adhesive tapes
• Some bandage components (especially older products) ⭐️I’ve noticed you put bandages on your skin so that might be a trigger

my perioral dermatitis was caused by sodium lauryl sulfate, a common ingredient in toothpaste and hair products!

I use an app called On Skin, where I can scan the barcode or take a picture of beauty and skin care products and it shows how “clean” they are. It shows a score where the closest to 100 is great, also it shows the list of ingredients and tells what each one of them cause to us. I love, it very useful and I changed most of my make up and skincare products.

Upload them into the skin safe app! Then you can scan products and see if you are allergic to any ingredients without the search :)

Girl I FEEL you on getting answers! I found out that I’ve been anemic for at least 10 years and pre diabetic for at least 5 years. Self advocacy has been such a heavy thing this past year for me and it gets so frustrating when providers look at me like I’m some hypochondriac
