According to a letter first obtained by Fox News, the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority (LAHSA) has received nearly $1 billion in taxpayer funding from the Department of Housing and Urban Development since 2021. Federal funding for the agency has now been halted while HUD investigates potential offenses by the agency and its leadership, David Spunt reports.
