Congratulations 🥳 Just a tip, buying a new build is like buying a new car so if you plan on moving in a few years I wouldn’t recommend it because you will not get a good return when you try and sell it. If you are thinking of staying put for well over 6 years then definitely go for it it’s a stunning home. I work in real estate so just wanted to make you aware as not many people know that they depreciate like crazy x
